Summary

This pull request tags the latest changes to main as version 3.46.0 🏁

Developers get the button agent_prompt, agent_prompt_display, and visible_to_user_ids fields that #2000 preserves, along with the new canvases.getContent, admin.users.getExpiration, and apps.user.connection.* methods, the include_slackbot_availability option on team_info, and the AuthProviderBlock layout block.

Testing

./scripts/run_validation.sh on Python 3.15.0: 1041 passed, 5 skipped. The ruff, lint, and mypy checks are clean.

🐍 @mwbrooks LGTM! The version.py bump and the regenerated reference docs match what's landed since v3.45.0, with the include_slackbot_availability option for team_info from #2003 now included too 🏁

📝 Before release: let's call out the channel_id and optional document_content arguments for canvases.create from #2001 and the Python 3.15 support from #1987 in the release notes as well, since the summary skips them.
