- Cut API response times from 400–500ms to 80–100ms through query and serializer optimisation
- Restored a crashed production platform within 2 hours during a live traffic spike
- Fixed Postgres connection starvation with PgBouncer and removed N+1 queries
- Built Refine dashboards featured as an early-adopter case study by the Refine team (link)
Security
- Learning web application penetration testing (since Oct 2026): broken access control / IDOR, OWASP Top 10:2025, PortSwigger Web Security Academy, HackTheBox, TryHackMe. First bug bounty report: in progress.
- MSc thesis: Crypto-Ransomware Detection Using Deep Q-Network (DQN) Based on File Entropy (Distinction, 80%)
- Moved a transit SaaS API from token auth to JWT with role-based access control

- charity-wagtail-CMS – free Wagtail/Django CMS for Nepali and UK charities, live at ccdce.org.np. Code written with Claude Code; I review every PR, set the issue and PR standards, and run the AWS/Docker deployment.
