Summary

The standalone CLI guide and CAC adapter page still show build --base. Copying either example fails with an unknown-option error because #234 removed the unused flag but left these examples behind.

Remove the two stale examples. Both pages already include the supported build command:

 my-tool build --out-dir dist-static
