• Switched Colab base image includes cu13 and newer version of Rapids (and many more upgrades).
• Removed certificates hotfix added to address eMudhra issues (now patched in the new Colab base image).
• Removed pin on protobuf, new google libraries are using newer version.

The google.generativeai is deprecated and was removed in the base image.

Correct, Colab removed the deprecated google-generativeai package in in favor of google-genai.

I removed the patch here too.
